Galaxy S2 Services

Galaxy S2 Services

A personal bridge between a modern Pixel and an older Galaxy S2.

Galaxy S2 Services lets its owner use Gmail and YouTube account features from the older phone. The Google Bridge app on the Pixel connects to the Google account chosen by the owner, and passes the requested information to the paired S2.

Gmail

The bridge supplies inbox and message views, search, labels, drafts, replies and attachments. Sending or organizing mail uses the owner's Gmail account. Gmail permission is requested separately on the Pixel.

YouTube

The bridge supplies the selected account's channel, subscriptions, playlists and liked videos. Optional account controls support ratings, subscriptions, playlist changes and comments after the owner grants the corresponding permission.

Personal use

This is the information site for a privately installed compatibility project. There is no public sign-up, hosted mailbox or account-access service. It is an independent project, not an official Google or Samsung product.

Google authorization takes place through Google's account chooser on the Pixel. This website never asks for a Google password. The developer support contact appears on Google's consent screen.
